Protocols
One Infrastructure. Multiple Applications. Across Institutions.
Voluntary Protocols for Observable Commitments. From individual business commitments to complex institutional relationships, Exanteon enables legal entities to establish attributable prior commitments and make their subsequently reported behavioural evolution independently observable across institutional boundaries. Positive Transparency. Earlier Signals. Better Audit Evidence. Measurable Governance Value. Manual. Hybrid. Fully Automated.
One Architecture. A Broad Range of Governance Applications.
Exanteon is not limited to payment incidents, contractual disputes or a predetermined catalogue of standards. Its voluntary protocols add an independent, evolving governance reference to existing contractual and institutional relationships, without replacing their legal foundations or internal systems.
Positive Transparency & Voluntary Self-Governance
Make Positive Behaviour Visible.
Governance should not become visible only when something goes wrong.
Institutions can voluntarily establish commitments and make their subsequently reported fulfilment, consistency and positive developments observable to authorised customers, suppliers, investors and business partners.
This extends conventional internal governance beyond an organisation's own records through independently maintained transparency.
Positive behavioural visibility can support institutional credibility, reputational differentiation and voluntary self-governance. Previously intangible dimensions of reported reliability may become more observable and economically useful.
Exanteon does not certify good conduct or compliance. Credibility is assessed by those entitled to consult the information, not awarded by the infrastructure.
Payment & Contractual Reliability
From Reactive Recovery to Earlier Visibility.
Payment obligations and other contractual commitments can acquire an additional voluntary governance reference before relevant execution.
Reported fulfilment, delays, exceptions and incidents remain attributable and connected to the original commitments.
This supports the ambition of Near Zero Contract Accidents: reducing contractual incidents through greater transparency, positive behavioural incentives and earlier awareness of reported deviations.
Small reported departures from commitments may provide useful signals before more significant problems emerge.
Exanteon does not enforce payments, determine breaches or guarantee the prevention of incidents. It makes the recorded evolution available for downstream assessment and possible preventive action.
Audit, Risk & Standards Enhancement
From Retrospective Reconstruction to Evidence Available from the Outset.
Traditional audits, investigations and risk assessments frequently depend on reconstructing contractual histories from fragmented documents and institutional records.
Exanteon preserves an independent, attributable reference connecting prior commitments with subsequently reported developments.
This can enhance audit preparation, reduce repeated information requests, limit administrative reconciliation and provide a more coherent evidentiary starting point.
The infrastructure may complement internal governance, risk management, sustainability disclosures, ESG-related governance practices and ISO-based management systems.
It does not replace independent audit, factual verification, conformity assessment or regulatory certification.
The objective is stronger evidentiary continuity, not the elimination of forensic investigation.
Agentic AI & Runtime Governance
Persistent Mandate Continuity for an Agentic World.
AI agents increasingly operate, exchange information and initiate transactions across organisational boundaries.
Yet technical capability does not establish continuing authority.
Mandates may be amended, permissions withdrawn and contractual conditions modified while an AI agent remains technically capable of acting.
Exanteon provides an independent upstream reference for attributable institutional commitments and their subsequently reported evolution.
Authorised downstream AI and runtime systems may use this machine-readable information when evaluating whether the relevant conditions for execution remain satisfied.
Exanteon does not authenticate agents, grant or revoke authority, evaluate runtime policies or enforce execution decisions.
Technical capability is not authority. Authority is not behavioural continuity.
Multi-Party Commercial & Institutional Relationships
Beyond the Bilateral Contract.
Institutional relationships increasingly involve several legally independent participants: suppliers, financial institutions, intermediaries, public organisations, consortium members and professional service providers.
Their commitments and responsibilities may evolve across organisational boundaries without a common, independently maintained reference.
Exanteon enables eligible participants to establish voluntary protocols preserving attributable records of commitments and subsequently reported developments.
Potential applications include procurement, supply chains, financing arrangements, outsourced mandates, institutional partnerships and multi-party contractual structures.
The value lies in independent continuity across participants, not in replacing their internal records, determining counterparty eligibility or issuing credit ratings.
From Prior Commitment to Observable Continuity.
Every application rests on the same independent infrastructure.
Protocols define what is committed, what may subsequently be reported, who may submit information and who may access it.
1. Establish the Commitment — Participating legal entities voluntarily establish explicit, attributable prior commitments under a defined protocol.
2. Define the Reporting Framework — Each protocol establishes relevant events, reporting responsibilities, declaration categories and access conditions.
3. Record Behavioural Developments — Authorised participants report positive developments, modifications, fulfilment, exceptions or incidents according to the applicable protocol.
4. Notarise and Preserve Continuity — Exanteon constitutes and maintains a persistent, timestamped, technically notarised, human- and machine-readable governance state.
One Infrastructure. Configurable Protocols. Independently Observable Continuity.
From Direct Web Access to Institutional Automation.
Exanteon is designed to accommodate different organisational sizes, reporting volumes and technical environments.
Manual: Direct Web Participation. Log in to establish commitments, submit reports and consult authorised records.
Hybrid: Web Access + API Integration. Combine direct web participation with selected automated information exchange.
Fully Automated: API-Based Institutional Integration. Connect authorised systems through defined application programming interfaces.
Regardless of the transmission method, every recorded declaration remains attributable. Automation does not constitute independent verification of reported facts.
Governance Begins with Identifiable Institutions.
Exanteon participation is restricted to eligible legal entities holding a valid Legal Entity Identifier (LEI).
The LEI provides a globally recognised legal-entity identity reference, enabling commitments and recorded information to be anchored to identifiable institutions rather than unverified organisational claims.
Exanteon uses the LEI independently of its issuing organisations. It does not issue, modify or extend LEIs and does not claim accreditation within the Global LEI System.
A valid LEI identifies the legal entity; it does not, by itself, establish the authority of an individual representative or AI agent.
LEI-Anchored. Issuer-Neutral. Institutionally Independent.
One Membership Framework. Multiple Protocols.
Exanteon operates through an annual membership system for eligible legal entities.
Membership provides access to the independent infrastructure and applicable protocols, subject to participation terms, protocol-specific conditions and access permissions.
Participation and the establishment of protocol commitments are voluntary. Any resulting legal obligations depend on the relevant agreements and applicable law.
Membership does not constitute accreditation, regulatory authorisation, certification of compliance or endorsement of institutional conduct.
Independent Observability. No Supervision or Enforcement.
Exanteon constitutes and maintains attributable, persistent, timestamped and technically notarised records of voluntary commitments and subsequently reported developments.
It does not independently monitor real-world conduct, establish whether reported events occurred, certify institutional compliance, determine legal validity or admissibility, confer execution authority or impose consequences.
A recorded declaration is not proof that the reported event occurred. The absence of a report does not establish the absence of an event.
Conflicting reports remain attributable to their respective sources; Exanteon does not independently adjudicate them.
Exanteon constitutes the observable governance state. Competent downstream institutions determine its meaning, reliability and consequences.
